My name is Mark Meadows. I am an over-50 athlete competing in obstacle course racing and competing with myself in life. We should all be competing with ourselves in life to be better each day.
I’ve spent decades as an athlete and I’ve also spent time as a couch potato in the clutches of depression, anxiety, fear, stuck in the mire of paralysis from analysis, starting and re-starting repeatedly. Frustrated by injuries and life setbacks that seem to crop up just as I’m about to take off and achieve momentum that returned me to square one. Navigating rehabilitation, going to war with internal limiting self-talk, being alright with starting over from the beginning are just a few of the life experiences I share with many clients. I am able to share those with you as a partner in achieving your success.
Today, I help others find their way out of the darkness of their own minds and get back on the path to a well lived life. Others need a boost getting over an obstacle, real or perceived, that is blocking the path to their goals. We cannot get there by only fixing the physical. The psychological and emotional blocks of our mental well-being need to be rooted out and addressed. Just like you cannot outwork or out run a poor diet, you cannot reach your full potential without tackling your limiting factors from all angles.
I can help you identify them, address them, and use the learning experiences to build your ladder to success.
